Buenosairestango.com was born when the sites of   tango made in Buenos Aires were extremely rare.  Today things have experienced a dramatic change, a change for the bettter. And tango is getting back to its cosmopolitan origin, and is danced and appreciated all over the world. And Buenos Aires is unanimously recognized as its home and   founding place.

The idea and implementation of this site are Lidia Ferrari's. My aim was to show the wide and exciting world of Buenos Aires Tango....And of course also to make my tango teaching better known along with a new approach that has been developing with my experience and my teaching vocation.

We wish to let everybody know the wealth of Tango with its rich influences over a wide range of cultural activities -  visual arts, poetry, literature. Here you will be able to find articles which I have written over a long time as well as   other contributions kindly offered by experts.

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary we have thought of renovating the site.
